The Branch Manager is based in St. Catharines, Ontario, and reports to the District Manager.
The role manages branch sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Direct, train, coach, hire, and supervise branch staff.
- Manage branch profit and loss, budgets, expenses, and inventory.
- Maintain high customer-service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
- Build brand recognition, support sales initiatives, enhance customer experience, and uphold the corporate image.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of demonstrated supervisory and sales experience.
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
- Electrical industry experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Anticipated annual base salary is approximately CAD 70,000; final compensation depends on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
- The stated base salary does not include variable pay or other total rewards components.
