The Inside Sales Associate is based in Smiths Falls and reports to the Branch Manager.
The role builds customer relationships, supports sales and project management teams, and handles product inquiries and orders.
What you will do
- Assist customers with product inquiries, maintain the customer database, and receive and process orders.
- Support field sales and project management teams.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and at the counter.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Support sales initiatives, enhance customer experiences, build brand recognition, and represent the corporate image.
Who you are
- Have 1–2 years of prior inside or counter sales experience.
- Communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to impart knowledge.
- Experience using AS400 is an asset.
