The posting invites experienced infrastructure professionals to discuss alignment with upcoming opportunities in project, programme, planning, commercial, engineering, design, project-controls, or delivery leadership.
Project controls leadership
- Lead integrated PMO and project-controls frameworks, including planning, cost, risk, change, progress, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Maintain programme baselines and performance measurement; provide analysis and decision support to clients and programme leadership.
- Coordinate controls and reporting across delivery partners; lead teams and embed assurance, governance, and control processes.
- Identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions in support of net-zero transition.
Candidate requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
- Demonstrated delivery experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail, or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
- Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills; knowledge of relevant delivery processes, standards, systems, and governance.
- Professional membership, chartership, or specialist certification is preferred where applicable; UAE or wider GCC experience is advantageous.
