Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using project-management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project; establish scope, schedule, and budget baselines.
• Monitor milestones and critical-path activities; coordinate work plans, resource allocation, and deliverables with project teams.
• Track costs against budgets, prepare cost forecasts and completion estimates, identify variances, and recommend corrective action.
• Support budget preparation and financial reporting; coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.
• Facilitate project reviews, track action items, support closeout and lessons learned, and maintain project-control records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and industry standards; contribute to continuous improvement and capacity building.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent from an accredited university.
• At least 13 years of project-controls experience in cost and schedule on large projects, including overall controls responsibility on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated cost-engineering, estimating, cost-control, planning, and scheduling experience, including project-controls criteria and system setup.
• Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up or setup processes.
• Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills

• Project planning and scheduling, cost control and forecasting, progress measurement, risk management, performance reporting, and data analysis.
• Resource planning, budget management, and stakeholder management.
• Primavera P6 and MS Project are listed as project-management software examples.
• Power BI and Advanced Excel are desirable.

Desirable experience

• Hospital-project contracts-management experience is desirable.
