The project
Join a Mace team delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope.
The project includes extensive infrastructure, landscape and built assets, delivered through Mace as a hands-on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility.
Role responsibilities
- Lead PMO and project controls across assigned commissions, providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change.
- Build client relationships and drive performance reporting; align delivery with the Mace control centre, mentor teams and promote sustainability.
- Identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.
Candidate requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent; progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven health, safety and wellbeing leadership, measurable outcomes, and strong knowledge of relevant legislation in complex organisations.
- Effective communication, analytical capability, and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Meet necessary Saudi visa criteria and have relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project management consultancy, as required for immigration and client approval.
