Program Manager for D2C supply chain at SriMandir.store, owning the complete order-to-doorstep journey.
Works across product, technology, and operations to diagnose real-world supply-chain problems and deliver data-backed improvements.
The role is intended to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business margins.
Operations and analytics
- Own metrics including delivery success, RTO, NDR recovery, dispatch TAT, and other measures as the business grows; build dashboards and review cadences.
- Investigate metric changes and recommend operational responses using data.
- Build analytics views when key metrics lack dashboards; create control-tower dashboards, alerts, and exception flags.
- Use customer reviews, complaints, and repeat rates to identify operational issues affecting revenue and customer experience.
Partners and process improvement
- Work with courier and logistics partners on allocation, SLAs, and escalations; coordinate with internal teams on process and tooling gaps.
- Design scalable processes and standardize where useful through SOPs and playbooks for new couriers or warehouses.
- Improve processes measurably and replace repetitive manual operations with systems and automation.
What the employer is looking for
- 1–4 years of experience in program management, business analytics, business operations, or product operations.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort using Excel and SQL.
- Curiosity about how a business works end to end and ability to work with product, technology, warehouse, and external partner stakeholders.
- D2C or e-commerce experience is useful but not mandatory.
- Exposure to RTO, NDR, delivery TAT, or other supply-chain and last-mile metrics is useful.
- OMS/WMS tools or logistics platforms such as Shiprocket, ClickPost, and Unicommerce are good to have.
