Its flagship product, Sri Mandir, serves Hindu devotees with access to pilgrimages, rituals, teachings, and community.
Responsibilities
- Research devotional, mythology, and spiritual topics to create rich, meaningful content.
- Lead in-house and freelance writers, editors, and other content contributors.
- Create monthly and seasonal editorial calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Plan eBooks, infographics, quizzes, and marketing copy in both English and Hindi.
- Set quality benchmarks and editing processes; review and approve content for cohesion, originality, and brand voice.
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and engaging across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align strategy with business goals.
- Use content analytics and user insights to improve performance.
- Manage timelines, resources, and publishing pipelines; mentor junior writers and build scalable processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional content writing or editing experience; digital publishing or devotional/spiritual experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management ability, including guiding, mentoring, and growing a content team.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Hindi.
- Deep interest in Indian culture, mythology, and spirituality.
- Experience establishing scalable content operations and workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and content performance tools.
- Be process-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
