Key responsibilities
- Develop product strategy with senior product managers, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Research customer needs, market trends, and competitors to inform product decisions.
- Define requirements, prioritize features, and support product development from concept to launch.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to improve product usability, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Prioritize features and maintain roadmaps and release schedules using customer feedback, data, and business objectives.
- Track performance with analytics and KPIs and optimize engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Engineering or Management graduate from a premier institute.
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience; the posting also gives a basic requirement of 2+ years of core work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Track record managing product development projects from concept to launch.
- Experience and understanding of CleverTap use.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and exceptional user experiences.
Preferred experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is preferred.
- E-commerce or supply-chain experience is advantageous.
