Lead end-to-end delivery of temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent structures across UAE projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead site preparation, groundworks, foundations, structural works, fit-out, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage excavation, filling, compaction, drainage, utilities, access roads, hardstanding, and parking.
- Oversee steel, modular, precast, and/or conventional construction systems and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, IT, and security works.
- Review and coordinate drawings, BOQs, technical submissions, material samples, and method statements.
- Manage consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, budgets, programmes, approvals, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Lead snagging, project documentation, and final client handover while delivering multiple workstreams to fast-track timelines and quality standards.
Candidate requirements
- Civil engineering background with strong project or production management experience.
- Proven experience delivering complete projects from vacant plot to final handover.
- Experience on projects such as developer sales centres, experience centres, commercial pavilions, modular buildings, hospitality facilities, or G/G+1 structures.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and external works.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, budgets, and programmes.
- UAE project experience is highly preferred.
