Production Project Manager – Civil & Structures

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead site preparation, groundworks, foundations, structural works, fit-out, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage excavation, filling, compaction, drainage, utilities, access roads, hardstanding, and parking.
• Oversee steel, modular, precast, and/or conventional construction systems.
• Manage architectural and interior fit-out alongside MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, IT, and security systems.
• Coordinate drawings, BOQs, technical submissions, material samples, method statements, consultants, contractors, suppliers, procurement, budgets, and programmes.
• Coordinate authority approvals, inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, documentation, and final client handover.
• Deliver multiple workstreams on fast-track timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering background with strong project or production management experience.
• Proven experience delivering complete projects from a vacant plot to final handover.
• Relevant project experience may include developer sales centres, experience centres, commercial pavilions, modular buildings, hospitality facilities, and/or G/G+1 structures.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and external works.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, budgets, and programmes.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments.
• UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates with only interior fit-out or exhibition-stand experience are not suitable.

Engagement terms

• Freelance role lasting three months or less.
• No benefits are provided, including residence visa or medical insurance.
