What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee event production from kickoff through post-event wrap.
- Select and supervise suppliers, contractors, and production crew to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage production budgets and logistics while balancing cost-efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and technical teams to align project vision and delivery.
- Mentor and develop the production team through hands-on leadership.
What you need
- 8–10 years of event production experience, including 4 or more years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of production workflows, technical setups, and vendor coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Production, Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Based in the UAE or open to relocation.
- Public or festival event delivery experience and experience managing production budgets and multiple vendors at scale are advantageous.
