Freelance contractual Experience Coordinator role supporting Experience Managers with event and festival experiences.
The role requires an immediate starter and runs from immediate start through 8 January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support research and supplier sourcing during experience development.
- Maintain supplier and experience trackers during pre-production.
- Support documentation, experience planning, timelines, and accurate operational information.
- Work on the ground before and during the festival to ensure suppliers, activations, and guest-facing experiences are ready and operating as intended.
Requirements
- Two to five years of experience in events, festivals, activations, experiential marketing, hospitality, or similar environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Able to support research, sourcing, documentation, planning, and accurate tracker and timeline maintenance.
- Previous live-event or guest-facing activation support experience is preferred.
- Arabic speaker required; mandatory.
Workplace
- On-the-ground work is required before and during the festival.
