Production Helpers support the manufacturing and production team on signage and branding projects.
The role suits reliable candidates willing to learn and assist skilled technicians in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, packaging, and installation preparation.
- Support carpentry, acrylic fabrication, metalwork, painting, printing, and vinyl application.
- Safely load, unload, and move materials within the production facility.
- Prepare tools, materials, and workstations before production begins.
- Keep workshop and production areas clean and organized.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures.
- Assist with quality checks and ensure completed work meets company standards.
- Pack and prepare finished products for delivery or installation.
Requirements
- Previous Production Helper, General Helper, or Factory Worker experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Signage, advertising, printing, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Must be physically fit to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to learn across production departments and work effectively in a team while following instructions.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
