Seeks an entrepreneurial Product Manager to build and deliver AI-powered products with measurable business impact.
The role combines product strategy and execution, with ownership of outcomes as well as the roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
- Define and execute the roadmap in line with company strategy and business outcomes.
- Identify valuable AI product opportunities and translate them into initiatives.
- Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Champion AI use in products and internal workflows.
- Define success metrics and own product performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Engage customers to understand workflows, pain points, and AI-driven improvement opportunities.
- Move quickly from idea to prototype to production while balancing speed and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Requires strong interest in AI technologies and practical business applications.
- Requires an entrepreneurial approach and ability to thrive amid ambiguity and fast-moving work.
- Requires demonstrated ownership of outcomes, analytical problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making.
- Requires strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Calls for enthusiasm for experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Startup or high-growth product experience, shipping AI-enabled products, and familiarity with SaaS and customer-centric product development are advantageous.
