Core responsibilities
- Lead discovery and analysis to define business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, requirements, use cases, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews; conduct gap, feasibility, and impact analyses.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and subject-matter experts on solution design, test planning, UAT, and implementation.
- Support change management, readiness, post-implementation validation, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Document end-to-end workflows, improve process efficiency and controls, and clarify cross-team dependencies and handoffs.
- Support service request management and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or comparable workflow solutions.
Experience and tools
- 3–5+ years supporting front-, middle-, and back-office functions in financial services.
- 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, workshops, process maps, user stories, and end-to-end deliverables.
- 3+ years creating Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items and supporting testing and UAT.
- Experience engaging advisors, operations, technology, compliance, and external vendors to define solutions.
- Track record in process improvement, workflow automation, operational improvement, or digital transformation.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office; comfort using Excel, SQL, or equivalent tools for analysis.
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a dynamic, high-accountability environment.

Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and produce accurate, usable requirements and delivery documentation.
Anticipate risks and dependencies, support testing and validation, and help improve client and advisor experiences.
