  • Create knowledge articles, process guides and quick-reference materials to support change and adoption.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI agents, automation, integrations and digital workflows.
  • Specify data, wireframes, workflows, business rules, decision logic, test scenarios and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow prototyping and development.
  • Prepare documentation for privacy, security and IT risk reviews of prioritized prototype architectures.
  • Support iterative build-test-learn cycles, testing, validation, knowledge transfer, change management and documentation.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, including translating process designs into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria and implementation-ready documentation.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including eliciting and validating stakeholder input and explaining trade-offs and decisions.
  • Experience facilitating discovery, process mapping, requirements development and validation, and design discussions across business, operational and technical stakeholders.
  • Lean Green Belt certification or equivalent applied experience in improvement and Lean-aligned future-state design.
  • Ability to work quickly and iteratively in ambiguous, rapid-prototyping environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled solutions, automation, integrations and low-code/no-code tools, including human review, exception handling and oversight.

Assets

  • Experience with agentic AI solutions, integrations, automation and human-in-the-loop workflows is an asset.
  • ServiceNow, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio or similar enterprise-platform experience is an asset.
  • Excel/Power Query, Power BI and other data-analysis tools are assets.
  • Responsible AI, privacy, security, risk, compliance and governance familiarity is an asset.
  • SQL, Python, Jupyter Notebooks or other advanced data-analysis methods are assets.
  • Organizational Change Management certification or equivalent adoption-support experience is an asset.
