Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Understand vendor objectives and incorporate them into sales and marketing activities; build regular relationships with vendor sales teams.
• Maintain customer data in CRM/ERP systems and work with marketing on a client reference portfolio.
• Forecast and plan monthly stock orders, monitor inventory and aging stock, and release inactive stock.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, secure projects and orders, and arrange price protection when needed.
• Coordinate with technical support and application teams to serve clients and resolve technical queries promptly.
• Prepare quarterly business plans with sales targets, key accounts, and strategic initiatives.
• Support onboarding sales partners and representatives across the Middle East.
• Take part in client visits and calls, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer seminars.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, a diploma, or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of business development experience in the AV industry.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is essential.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly focused and self-motivated, with strong spoken and written English.
• A valid local driving license is required.
