ERP Data Management Executive (junior role)

Role overview

ERP data responsibilities

• Maintain product, vendor, customer, pricing, and compliance master data; ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across business systems.
• Support product setup, data cleansing, validation, governance, ERP enhancements, migration, testing, and user support.
• Maintain pricing structures, prepare customer price lists, conduct quality checks, coordinate corrections, and keep transaction records organized.
• Support process improvements and maintain customs and regulatory records, including HS codes, certifications, permits, and import requirements.
• Align ERP data mappings and structures with business processes and B2B operational requirements; assist with project costing, landed cost analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate data requirements with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Vendor Management, and Brand Management teams; support other ad hoc tasks.

Technical requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; strong analytical skills to manage, validate, and interpret large datasets.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and master data management processes.
• Experience with AI productivity tools and knowledge of project costing and basic financial analysis are advantages.

• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to develop ERP and compliance management skills.
