Product Manager
Role Overview
Role sits within the ASSA ABLOY Key and Asset Management (KAM) business unit.
The role will be mostly remote within the UK.
As a Product Manager you will develop requirements for projects and act as the voice of the customers for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager (KAM Software), you will collaborate with different departments and use your technical expertise to help the business grow.

As a Product Manager you will develop requirements for projects and act as the voice of the customers for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager (KAM Software), you will collaborate with different departments and use your technical expertise to help the business grow.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the development of requirements for NPI/CPI projects under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager, maintaining accountability across all project gateway stages from initiation to launch.
- Quantify post-launch performance.
- Ensure continuous alignment with regional stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- Collaborate with product owners and R&D teams to balance cost, quality and speed to market.
- Support prioritisation of the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and customer success.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Product Management.
- Experience in software products.
- Experience with hardware products and/or exposure to AI-assisted software development tools is an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise time to focus on the most important issues at the right time.
- Good at collaborating with a team and a proactive problem-solver.
- A bachelor's degree in an engineering or other relevant subject is a plus.
