Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Growth Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.
The Product Growth Manager will focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention to support product growth.
Responsibilities
include analyzing user data, developing strategies to improve customer adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to optimize the platform for growth.
The role will also involve communicating with stakeholders and supporting sales initiatives to drive business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and customer interactions
- Experience in sales and customer acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in project management and experience with relevant tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with analytics tools and frameworks for performance tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of product-led growth strategies and SaaS business models is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analysis, or a related field
