Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Growth Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth strategies, analyzing product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to maximize user engagement and revenue.
The role includes monitoring KPIs, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and convey insights clearly
- Proven experience in Sales and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Competence in Project Management to plan, execute, and evaluate multiple initiatives
- Proficiency in using Analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in business growth, digital marketing, or product management is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
