Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Growth Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Product Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities for products, strategizing and implementing sales initiatives, analyzing market data, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects related to product growth, and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to derive insights from data
- Strong Communication skills to articulate strategies, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and driving customer acquisition initiatives
- Proficiency in Project Management and managing multiple growth-related tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Analytics tools and techniques to evaluate performance metrics
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in F&B or hospitality industries is an advantage
