Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Growth Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for remote work.
The Product Growth Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance product growth, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, developing and managing projects, and optimizing sales funnels.
The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and effectively communicating progress, insights, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams
- Proven Sales experience with a focus on driving customer acquisition and retention
- Project Management expertise to develop, execute and monitor growth strategies
- Competence in Analytics tools to measure, evaluate, and improve product performance
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in environmental or non-profit sectors is a plus
