About This Role
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Growth Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work from home. The Product Growth Manager will strategize and execute growth initiatives, analyze market trends, and collaborate with sales and project management teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and maximize revenue. The role involves tracking key performance metrics, managing cross-functional projects, and optimizing product performance to meet business goals. The manager will also communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions
- Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation expertise
- Sales experience with a focus on customer acquisition and business development
- Project Management skills to handle cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery
- Solid experience in Analytics to track, evaluate, and improve product growth metrics
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid setting and operate effectively both remotely and onsite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in energy, infrastructure, or consulting industries is advantageous
