Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Growth Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home.
The Product Growth Manager will lead efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective growth strategies and campaigns.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing projects related to product growth, coordinating with sales teams to enhance revenue opportunities, and utilizing analytics to optimize user experience.
Additionally, the role involves strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and identifying actionable insights
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly
- Background in sales, with the ability to identify and leverage revenue-generating opportunities
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee initiatives
- Experience working with analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in product growth management or a similar role is a plus
