Product Designer

Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, testing, and delivery.

Design intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders to define product strategy and translate complex requirements into simple user experiences.

Lead user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and data-driven design improvements.

Design AI-first experiences including conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent workflows, automation, and human-in-the-loop interactions.

Create user journeys, information architecture, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.

Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and component standards in Figma.

Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.

Use product analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product usability and adoption.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing a strong design culture.

What We're Looking For 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, problem solving, and high-quality visual execution.

designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise software, AI products, or complex digital platforms.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Interactive Prototypes, and Dev Mode.

collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in agile product environments.

Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and modern design patterns.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, LLM applications, or automation platforms.

Familiarity with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable design systems.
