About the Role

Business Partnerships

• Identify and approach businesses, build a pipeline of partners and sites, and meet business owners, senior management, operations leaders, and facility managers.
• Present the partnership model, negotiate commercial and operational terms, and move prospects to signed partnerships and operational launch.
• Build long-term relationships and expand successful programs across employees and locations.
• Target industries include manufacturing, warehouses and logistics, construction, agriculture, automotive workshops, mechanical and electrical work, maintenance, food production, hospitality, cleaning, facilities, packaging, retail, and skilled trades.

Data Collection Operations

• Identify participating employees and coordinate onboarding, smartphone distribution and activation, app installation and configuration, and recording-requirement training.
• Ensure contributors understand recordable tasks and collection standards; track contributors and participating locations.
• Monitor daily and weekly recorded hours and work with Quality and Operations teams to improve approval rates.
• Resolve collection issues and scale successful locations to additional employees, shifts, and facilities.

Smartphone Operations

• Coordinate smartphone allocation, activation, setup, app installation, distribution, asset tracking, charging and connectivity, replacement devices, collection, and redistribution.
• Maximize smartphone utilization and high-quality approved data hours generated per device and location.

Partnership & Operations KPIs

Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, operations, enterprise sales, field operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with industrial businesses, factories, warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, agriculture, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated prospecting, business outreach, negotiation, and partnership-closing ability; comfortable visiting operational sites.
• Strong execution, project-management, communication, relationship-management, and KPI-management abilities; manage multiple partners and locations independently.
• Fluent Vietnamese and strong professional English. A strong Vietnam business network is highly preferred.

Preferred Background

• Valuable backgrounds include industrial partnerships, manufacturing, staffing/workforce companies, logistics, field operations, B2B business development, enterprise sales, data collection, technology operations, AI or robotics, and large-scale workforce programs.
• AI experience is not required; the priority is understanding the Vietnamese business environment, opening partnerships, and executing operations.
