Functional responsibilities
- Own analysis activities for the digital assets product roadmap and prioritize features and requirements based on customers, market trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products.
- Track customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity in digital assets.
- Define product requirements, work with engineering on implementation, and participate in testing.
- Manage roadmap dependencies and customer engagement, including support queries across fulfilment, relationship managers, contact centre, and digital banking support.
Core responsibilities
- Lead scoping, analysis, and requirements gathering and finalization with Agile teams delivering digital assets products.
- Develop business cases for product initiatives and present them to the team and senior leadership when required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on product vision, roadmap, and requirements; prioritize features and write epics and user stories.
- Work with engineering teams to implement features and analyze customer feedback and data to guide decisions.
- Manage trade-offs among scope, time to market, and resource constraints.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of cumulative experience, including direct Product Analyst experience in digital assets.
- Direct experience within a bank.
- Experience working within one or more Agile squads.
- Acquaintance with Lean and Agile software development methodologies.
- Understanding of banking and finance, including core challenges, technologies, and the regulatory landscape.
- Proficiency in Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and a history of cross-functional collaboration.
