Mandatory experience and qualifications
- 10+ years of overall technology experience, including at least 5+ years in blockchain, DLT, or digital asset technologies.
- Hands-on enterprise blockchain architecture and implementation experience, with delivery of secure, scalable, enterprise-grade DLT solutions.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Blockchain and technical expertise
- Strong understanding of DLT, permissioned and public blockchain models, consensus mechanisms, and node architecture.
- Knowledge of smart contracts, tokenization frameworks, wallet and custody architecture, key management, and on-chain/off-chain integration.
- Strong experience with Hyperledger, especially Hyperledger Fabric, and related enterprise blockchain frameworks.
- Experience with smart contract development, digital asset platforms, blockchain network architecture, APIs, middleware, DLT security, reconciliation, and transaction lifecycle design.
Security, wallet, and custody
- Understanding of MPC, HSM, private key management, transaction signing workflows, institutional wallet controls, multi-level approvals, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
Architecture and delivery
- Create solution architecture documents, technical design specifications, integration architecture, deployment models, and vendor evaluation inputs.
- Support proofs of concept, workshops, design governance, and implementation planning.
Preferred skills and education
- Enterprise tokenization platforms, privacy and permissioning models in DLT, cloud-based blockchain deployment, and DevSecOps or CI/CD familiarity are preferred.
- Understanding of financial transaction processing, controls, reconciliation, audit requirements, and secure smart contract review and governance is preferred.
- A master’s degree is an advantage. Blockchain certifications are preferred; cloud and security certifications are a plus.
