Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and grooming workshops to capture functional requirements and write user stories with acceptance criteria.

Mandatory skills and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred skills
- Understanding of AI concepts and AI-driven automation, particularly Agentforce, is preferred.
- Experience with Generative AI applications in user journeys is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with broader enterprise systems in a public-sector context is preferred.
