Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Typically 7–10 years of project-management or project-delivery experience, including complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience across the full Project Development Life Cycle, from concept and business-case development through implementation and closure.
- Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
- Experience preparing project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
- Banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or other regulated-environment experience is preferred.
Preferred certifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification is preferred.
- Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certification is preferred.
- Change-management certification is advantageous.
- ITIL or related service-management knowledge is beneficial.
Delivery knowledge and tools
- Project and programme management methodologies; Project Development Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle.
- Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches; business-case and project-proposal development.
- Requirements, scope, schedule, cost, and resource management; governance and approval processes.
- Risk, issue, dependency, and change management; vendor, procurement, and contract coordination.
- Testing, implementation, operational readiness, benefits realization, and post-implementation review.
- Executive reporting and presentation development.
- Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project tools.

- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing capability; ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders without direct authority and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial and vendor-management awareness; ownership, integrity, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex cross-functional projects through the full project life cycle, from concept and business-case development to implementation and closure.
- Coordinate business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendor stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive presentations.
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
- Manage requirements, scope, schedule, cost, and resources using appropriate delivery approaches.
- Coordinate vendors, procurement, and contracts; manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, operational readiness, benefits realization, and post-implementation reviews.
- Maintain project governance and approval processes and support audit evidence and records.
