Job Responsibilities

  • Source and communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Coordinate internal procurement requirements with various departments.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP software (training will be provided).
  • Utilize basic Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, for procurement documentation and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to the team regarding the status of procurement activities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly procurement reports, including purchase activities and supplier performance.
  • Ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using ERP systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement tasks.
