Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, presentable, and organized Temporary Receptionist to manage our front desk for the month of July.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and handle essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Front Desk Management:**
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and direct them appropriately.
  • **Call Handling:**
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
  • **Mail & Couriers:**
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • **Office Coordination:**
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and monitor front-desk supplies.
  • **Basic Admin Support:**
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • **Visa Status:**
  • Must be on a Dependent Visa (Spouse/Father/Mother sponsorship).
  • **Availability:**
  • Must be able to commit to the full duration (July 1 to July 30).
  • **Skills:**
  • Excellent communication skills in English, polite phone etiquette, and basic MS Office knowledge.
  • **Location:**
  • Preference given to candidates residing near Jebel Ali or with reliable transportation to JAFZA.
