- **Job Summary**We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Procurement Specialist** to manage our end-to-end purchasing activities.
- In this role, you will lead vendor sourcing, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of cost-effective, high-quality goods and services.
- You will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and reducing operational costs.**Key Responsibilities**
- **Vendor Sourcing:** Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors globally and locally.
- **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Purchase Management:** Draft, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) using corporate ERP software.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term partnerships with vendors, monitoring their performance and reliability.
- **Cost Analysis:** Analyze market trends and company spending habits to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal company policies and relevant legal regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance.
- **Experience:** 2–5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or Purchasing Agent.
- **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- **Negotiation:** Excellent communication, persuasion, and commercial negotiation tactics.
- **Analysis:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- **Certifications (Preferred):** CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement credentials.
