Job Title: Real Estate Sales and Leasing Executive Location: [Specify Location] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Admin to join our team.

This role involves developing property listings, coordinating with tenants and landlords, managing social media platforms, and driving revenue through property rentals.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, negotiation, and digital marketing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management and Client Relations Develop and maintain detailed property listings, ensuring all relevant information is accurate.

Examine properties and provide expert advice for property improvements to increase market appeal.

Assist clients in renting and viewing properties, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Coordinate with tenants and landlords to manage inquiries and property agreements.

Follow up on daily leads, address client queries, and close deals efficiently.

Facilitate contract negotiations and finalize agreements in compliance with company policies.

Sales and Marketing Market rental properties effectively on social media platforms with engaging daily posts.

Update social media accounts regularly to increase property visibility and attract potential clients.

Attend drop-ins and respond promptly to online queries to generate leads.

Showcase properties to potential tenants or buyers, highlighting key benefits and features.

Meet and exceed revenue goals through strategic sales efforts and negotiation skills.

Administrative Support Conduct interviews and onboard new staff to strengthen the team.

Perform data entry to ensure all property and client records are up-to-date.

List properties on online portals, providing comprehensive details for prospective clients.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales progress, leads, and property listings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing.

Proficiency in social media marketing and digital tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software and property listing platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
