Position Overview

The Amazon & Noon E‑commerce Product Listing Associate is responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings across Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces.

This role ensures that all product content is accurate, engaging, SEO‑friendly, and aligned with platform guidelines to maximize visibility, conversions, and sales performance.

Product Listing & Content Management

  • Create and upload product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces.
  • Write clear, compelling, and SEO‑optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
  • Upload high‑quality product images, ensuring they meet platform requirements.
  • Manage product variations, attributes, and category mapping.

Catalog Maintenance

  • Update existing listings with improved content, pricing, and images.
  • Monitor listing health, suppressions, and errors; resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and SKU mapping across platforms.

SEO & Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research to improve product ranking and visibility.
  • Optimize listings based on competitor analysis and marketplace trends.
  • Implement A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (if applicable).

Performance Monitoring

  • Track listing performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Identify underperforming products and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and campaigns.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon and Noon policies.
  • Maintain consistency in product information across all channels.
  • Review customer feedback and update listings to address common questions or issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab (required).
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce product listing standards and SEO.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for bulk uploads and data management.
  • Ability to work with product images and basic editing tools.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce product listing or catalog management.
  • Experience with FMCG, electronics, fashion, or general trading products is an advantage.
