The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services required by the organization.
The role ensures timely procurement, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and proper vendor management.
*** Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors.**
*** Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.**
*** Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.**
*** Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements with departments.**
*** Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.**
*** Ensure purchased items meet quality and specification requirements.**
*** Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.**
*** Track deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues.**
*** Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.**
*** Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis.**
Key Responsibilities for Human Resource
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, coordination, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
**Industry:** Medical / Healthcare
**Experience:** 1–3 years (UAE medical sector experience is *mandatory*)
**Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred
