Senior Procurement Officer – Construction & Interior Fit-Out
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Senior Procurement Officer** to join our growing Construction and Interior Fit-Out team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure construction and interior fit-out materials at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Evaluate suppliers and maintain an approved vendor database.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** in a Construction and/or Interior Fit-Out company.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing materials, and interior fit-out products.
- Extensive network of suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers within the UAE market.
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure the best prices and commercial terms.
- Excellent command of **English (spoken and written)**.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Valid **UAE Driving License** is mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
