Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Procurement Manager
with 15 years of proven expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.
The ideal candidate will lead procurement operations, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure the timely availability of quality goods and services aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement
- procurement strategies

- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics) for planning and forecasting
- Oversee procurement budgets and track spending against targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in
- procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong expertise in
- vendor negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing
- Experience in industries such as
- FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution
- preferred
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
