Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Procurement Manager** to join our dynamic team in the **swimming pool and landscaping construction** sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle, vendor relationships, sourcing of materials, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers/vendors for swimming pool and landscaping projects.
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Monitor supplier performance, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
- Optimize cost savings without compromising on quality or compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Procurement Manager in the swimming pool and landscaping construction industry** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers within the UAE market.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
