Procurement Manager – Corporate Services

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for corporate-service categories and major projects.
• Manage end-to-end procurement, including requirements clarification, sourcing strategy, supplier qualification, RFP/RFQ/tenders, commercial evaluation, selection, negotiation and contract execution.
• Establish and optimize commercial, cost and procurement baselines; conduct supplier market research, benchmarking and commercial analysis.
• Maintain continuity of critical supplier resources; lead supplier evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring and relationship management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, Facilities, Real Estate and other teams.
• Identify risks, pain points and control gaps; develop mitigation measures and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, authorization requirements, internal controls and governance standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, commercial terms, service quality, costs and contractual commitments.
• Lead and develop the procurement team, providing direction, coaching and performance support.
• Prepare reports and management updates on sourcing, savings, supplier performance, risks and KPIs; streamline processes and strengthen governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience managing procurement from sourcing through supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution.
• Experience in supplier qualification, evaluation, relationship management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing RFPs, RFQs, tenders and commercial evaluations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of procurement governance, internal controls and contract management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
• Strong written and spoken business English.

Preferred qualifications

• Corporate services, facilities management, real estate, insurance, mobility, professional-services or outsourced-services procurement experience is preferred.
• Experience with strategic or high-value categories, procurement transformation, process optimization or digital procurement platforms is preferred.
• CIPS, CPSM or another relevant procurement certification is preferred.
• Experience managing and developing procurement team members is preferred.
