A recruitment consultant is seeking fresh graduates and young professionals for a retail assistant role with a world-famous ICT company in Dubai, UAE.
The opportunity is aimed at candidates with around 1 year of experience and offers development into sales and retail-related roles.
Responsibilities
- Participate in sales and retail activities and gain hands-on consumer business experience.
- Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service, sales skills, and retail operations.
- Support daily store operations and contribute to sales and business targets.
- Take on additional responsibilities and develop into sales and retail-related roles based on performance and capabilities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with around 1 year of work experience are sought.
- Native or near-native Chinese language proficiency is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be passionate about sales and retail, interested in a long-term career in the field, proactive, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Previous sales or retail experience is not mandatory.
Location
- The role is located in Dubai, UAE and involves daily store operations.
