About the role

Lead procurement for the Services Business Unit, including sourcing materials, consumables, equipment, and subcontracted services.

Guide a team of Buyers and Procurement Officers.

What you will do

  • Lead procurement from approved requisition through RFQ, commercial evaluation, negotiation, purchase order placement, and follow-up.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for recurring and high-spend categories, including PPE, tools, consumables, industrial materials, rental equipment, maintenance, and specialist services.
  • Consolidate demand and establish framework agreements, rate contracts, blanket purchase orders, and long-term supply arrangements.
  • Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery, warranty, and lead time with a focus on total cost and value.
  • Identify and report savings, cost avoidance, and supplier consolidation opportunities.
  • Act as the procurement contact for Services stakeholders and run demand planning reviews.
  • Monitor supplier performance, coordinate corrective actions, and develop alternative sources.
  • Supervise and coach procurement staff, allocate workload, and monitor KPIs.
  • Maintain complete, compliant, auditable procurement records.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience within oil and gas services.
  • Proven category management, strategic sourcing, and framework agreement development experience.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas equipment, specifications, materials, and industry standards.
  • Strong negotiation, spend analysis, and supplier performance management skills.
  • Experience leading or supervising a procurement team.
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance with ADNOC standards.
