What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary construction across Mechanical, Piping, Structural, and E&I, managing interfaces between disciplines.
- Plan and deliver shutdown, tie-in, and SIMOPS activities in a live operating plant.
- Manage subcontractors and site manpower to meet schedule, quality, and productivity targets.
- Drive constructability reviews and work-front readiness; coordinate materials and IFC drawings with engineering and procurement.
- Prepare and deliver recovery plans when progress is at risk.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work, HSE, and QA/QC requirements.
- Lead mechanical completion and handover to the Client.
- Manage Client and PMC interfaces independently and report construction progress clearly.
What you will bring
- Solid oil and gas EPC construction experience, with 15+ years in the industry and 5+ years as a Construction Manager.
- Strong brownfield and live-plant construction background.
- Proven experience in shutdowns, tie-ins, and SIMOPS.
- Track record leading multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Piping, Structural, and E&I.
- Strong subcontractor and site manpower management skills.
- Sound knowledge of PTW, HSE, QA/QC, completions, and handover.
- Confidence dealing directly with Client and PMC representatives.
- ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore project experience is preferred.
- A degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
