Proposal and Tender Management

• Lead RFP and RFQ responses, including process planning, technical evaluations, milestone scheduling, content development, formatting, and pricing strategies.
• Review tender documents and prepare technical and commercial clarifications, assumptions, exceptions, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate risk reviews and contribute to final proposal submissions.
• Maintain sales tools, knowledge platforms, and proposal templates.

Cost Estimation and Design

• Obtain equipment cost quotations from vendors and suppliers and verify equipment and instrumentation coverage in costing sheets.
• Develop cost-effective treatment solutions aligned with client design criteria.
• Define process requirements, performance guarantees, and treatment objectives.
• Coordinate process, mechanical, electrical, applications, project, and engineering teams.

Documentation and Delivery

• Prepare equipment lists, mass balances, total cost of ownership analyses, datasheets, commissioning plans, testing procedures, and O&M manuals.
• Prepare technical write-ups, process plant descriptions, design reports, PFDs, P&IDs, and layout drawings.
• Use AutoCAD for preliminary layouts and process schematics.
• Engage vendors, consultants, and contractors and incorporate compliant vendor inputs into designs and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DAF, MMF, MBR, MBBR, UF, RO, evaporators, and ZLD treatment systems.
• Experience with process calculations, system optimization, PFDs, P&IDs, and mass and energy balances.
• Experience with detail engineering, control narratives, O&M manuals, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with commissioning and proficiency in AutoCAD and tender drawing preparation.
• HAZOP/SIL experience is a plus.
