Responsibilities
- Assist teams with day-to-day business operations and project-related activities.
- Conduct research, gather information, and analyze data to support business initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and functions.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.
- Support process improvement initiatives and administrative tasks.
- Complete assigned projects and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently in the final year of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong academic performance and interest in professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-focused, results-oriented mindset.
