About the Opportunity

Looking to break into private markets and build a career in finance?

We’re hiring a high-potential graduate to join our Partner Relations team at Greenstone - one of the leading fund placement firms in the Middle East.

Over 6-12 months , you’ll operate at the level of a full-time Analyst , gaining hands-on experience across live mandates, real fund managers, and institutional-grade processes.

You’ll work directly with global private markets firms across the US, Europe, and Asia , while developing a deep understanding of the GCC investor landscape .

If you’re commercially minded, detail-oriented, and want exposure to the front office of alternative investments - this is where it starts.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership from day one, supporting across key areas of the Partner Relations function:

• Producing market research and strategic reports on sectors, competitors, and industry trends
• Identifying product–investor fit opportunities from internal discussions and materials
• Building market maps of target fund managers across strategies and geographies
• Developing and maintaining target pipelines of prospective GP relationships
• Supporting due diligence by reviewing investor materials and conducting analysis
• Managing and enhancing the CRM database with high-quality, actionable data
• Contributing to marketing materials, webinars, and strategic projects

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone ambitious, curious, and ready to operate in a high-performance environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (top-tier university preferred)
• Strong interest in financial markets and investing
• Exposure to alternative investments (e.g. Private Equity, Private Credit)
• Solid Excel skills and basic investment understanding
