About the Opportunity
Looking to break into private markets and build a career in finance?
We’re hiring a
high-potential graduate
to join our
Partner Relations team
at Greenstone - one of the leading fund placement firms in the Middle East.
Over
6-12 months
, you’ll operate at the level of a
full-time Analyst
, gaining hands-on experience across live mandates, real fund managers, and institutional-grade processes.
You’ll work directly with global private markets firms across the
US, Europe, and Asia
, while developing a deep understanding of the
GCC investor landscape
.
If you’re commercially minded, detail-oriented, and want exposure to the front office of alternative investments - this is where it starts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll take ownership from day one, supporting across key areas of the Partner Relations function:
- Producing
- market research and strategic reports
- on sectors, competitors, and industry trends
- Identifying
- product–investor fit opportunities
- from internal discussions and materials
- Building
- market maps
- of target fund managers across strategies and geographies
- Developing and maintaining
- target pipelines
- of prospective GP relationships
- Supporting
- due diligence
- by reviewing investor materials and conducting analysis
- Managing and enhancing the
- CRM database
- with high-quality, actionable data
- Contributing to
- marketing materials, webinars, and strategic projects

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in
Finance, Economics, or Business
- (top-tier university preferred)
- Strong interest in
- financial markets and investing
- Exposure to
- alternative investments
(e.g. Private Equity, Private Credit)
- Solid
- Excel skills
- and basic investment understanding
