About the Role
Greenstone is seeking a Compliance Administration Intern (6-12 months) to support the Compliance team with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation and internal approval processes.
This is a junior internship role suited to someone organised, detail-oriented and interested in gaining exposure to compliance within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and tracking of investor approval forms.
- Assist with World-Check screening and related compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, trackers and filing systems.
- Help collate documents and information required for internal approvals.
- Support the Compliance team with general administrative tasks.
- Follow internal processes carefully and escalate any missing or inconsistent information.
- Assist with ad hoc compliance projects as required.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets and internal trackers.
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in compliance, financial services or investment management is preferred.
