- Proficiency in Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, stream processing).
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, clean coding practices, and system design principles .
- Exposure to cloud platform Azure is preferred.
- Ability to work closely with business teams, understand requirements, and call out technical gaps or risks proactively.
- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Experience with monitoring, logging and Alerting tools(Splunk, Opensearch)
- Agile Experience
